1. Do you have a physical store that people can visit?
Yes! You are always welcome in our physical store, where we are ready with personal service and advice. The store is located in Christiansfeld, Lindegade 21.
2. Can I exchange for another item?
Yes, you can. If you wish to exchange for a completely different item/style, the order must be returned to our warehouse. We will then credit the money to the card used for the purchase. You must then place a new order in the shop.
3. How do I know which size to choose?
We have a size guide, to help you find the right fit. You are also welcome to contact us - we are happy to advise you based on brand and model.
4. Which brands do you carry at Birger?
We carry a carefully selected range of quality brands such as Sunwill, JBS, Casa Moda, Bosswik, Egtved, Roberto Jeans, Compass Classic, North Latitude and more. The range is continuously updated.
5. Can I get help putting together an outfit?
Yes! We offer personalised guidance in store and are happy to help you find the right look for everyday, work and special occasions.
